Founded in 2024 as Blaize Bureau Consulting, LLC, our practice was built on the values of empowerment, community well-being, and mental health awareness. Though our name has grown into Phoenix Therapeutics, PLLC, our commitment to these values continues to guide everything we do.

At Phoenix Therapeutics, we are dedicated to providing culturally responsive care that honors lived experience, affirms identity, and fosters healing—especially for BIPOC-identifying individuals and communities. We believe mental health services must not only acknowledge the unique challenges our clients face, but also celebrate the strengths they carry.

Our practice offers a space to grow, reclaim your voice, and feel empowered in your resilience. We believe healing is not only possible—it is powerful. Like the phoenix, we invite you to rise into renewal, envision your strength, and take flight on your own path toward lasting well-being.
